It Combines the packed tower and dish tower together, has the dual advantages of dish tower and packed tower.

It absorbs packed towers saving steam, higher effect of Deacidifying ability and higher thermal bleaching effect, and avoid the shortcomings of their own.

Its working process:

The high-temperature oil first enters the packing section,which contact to the steam stripping of the bottom-up in the surface of the filler material with the film-shaped countercurrent , to remove out the free fatty acids in the oil, and residual solvent, and various other low-volatile components. With the larger specific surface area due to the structure of the filler, and the mass transfer in the film state, deodorization effect is very good, quicker and fully.

Then the hot oil (the FFA and other volatile components removed out) enter into the  stranded segment (dish type structure) from the packed section, and with the Montmartre pump forcing circulation effective to avoid short circuit.

The same time due to the removal of FFA and other volatile components, the thermal bleaching effect than the conventional dish tower is more obvious, the more stable product quality.
