DP Series CNC oil press is a new type of automatic combination oil press developed based on the need of market .
The CNC system consisted of sensors control the automatic feeding system, pre-heating and power systems ,pressing systems, automatic oil filtering system. From the pre-heating the pressing chamber, pressing, to filtering, the whole process is controlled by different sensors, truly a fully automated operation.
1. Automatically conveying and feeding the materials, if without materials in the hopper for 1 min, the presser would stop.
2.Automatically control the filtering oil, it could automatically exchanging the drums one by one; If one drum is full it would change the other drum and automatically put out the oil out of the drum.
Matching the clearing dregs part with sensor, it could automatically clear the dregs in the drums, the clearing part is slowly working, to make the dregs isn't stay firmly, so the filtering speed would rise more times.
Matching the heating system for automatically heating the chamber for the temperature required as its normal working.
3. Before pressing, some parts of the press such as the press chamber, press screw and press ring will be pre-heated.

1.The technical parameters of the table refers to matching the cleaning, peel, flaking, steaming and roasting accessories equipment, etc, normal operation, and adopts the hot pressing method to achieve the indicators.
2. Since the difference of raw materials on oil varieties, qualities and oil contents, as well as the working conditions, the actual outcome may be a little different from that shown in the chart.
3. Raw material feeding (t/24h) refers to the capacity after once hot press, and it would reduce to half of it if twice and one third if three times. And so forth, the more times of hot press, the fewer raw materials feeding it would be.
4.The machine meets the JB/T9793.1-1999 "agricultural screw oil press technology conditions", and Implement the national regulations of Warranty Services policy of P.R. China.
