Tube type heat exchanger

   Tube heat exchanger is the most typical partitions heat exchanger, it has a long history industrial applications , and is currently the most widely used heat exchanger.

  It is composed mainly of shell, tube sheet, tubes, head, baffle plate and so on. We can use ordinary carbon steel, copper, or stainless to manufacture steel heat exchanger.

Plate heat exchanger
 
   Its characteristic is  high thermal efficiency,small heat loss , compact structure , small footprint, easy installation and cleaning ,widely application and long service life etc. In the same pressure loss situation, the heat transfer coefficient higher than the tube heat exchanger 3-5times, covers an area of about a third of the tube heat exchanger, heat recovery can be as high as 90%.
